4. Course Access & Usage Rights

When you purchase or enrol in a course, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the content for personal or internal business use.

Unless explicitly permitted:

You may not resell, share, upload, or distribute course materials
You may not use our lessons to create competing educational products
Access may be limited by course terms, subscription duration, or organisational agreements

Doc AI Academy retains full ownership of all course content, media, instructional designs, and platform materials.

5. Payments & Refunds

All course fees are clearly displayed at checkout.

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

Eligible courses may be refunded within 7 days of purchase
Refunds are not available after a certificate has been issued
Enterprise purchases follow contracted terms

Payments are processed securely through our approved payment partners.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Doc AI Academy platform — including text, videos, graphics, design elements, exams, certificates, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of Doc AI Academy and is protected by international copyright laws.

You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

7. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

You violate these Terms & Conditions
You attempt to misuse the platform
Fraudulent or unauthorised activity is detected

In such cases, access may be removed without a refund.

8. Changes to These Terms

Doc AI Academy may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. If changes are significant, we will notify users via email or an in-platform announcement.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
